* Wheat: 14 acres, sown in March, very fair crop, slightly smutted
* Barley: 4 acres, sown in April, a very good crop
* Oats: 1 acre, cut green for feed
* Potatoes: 1 acre, planted in April, proved a failure
* Water: well 40 ft deep with 6 ft of water
* Fencing: 20 acres with posts, 2 rails and narrow paling
* Stockyard
* House: dwelling house of pise
