Bramwell Jellett, riding his privately-owned Standard Norton motor cycle, was successful on Saturday last in gaining first place in the Kadina Motor Cycle Club's Annual Reliability TriaL On the previous week-end. Jellett tied for first place for the second year in succession in the Southern Yorke's Peninsula Motor Cycle Club's Reliability Trial.     The Presbyterian Church, which
    had been prettily decorated by friends
    was the setting on Saturday last of
    the wedding of Muriel Alison, daugh
    ter of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Mitchell,
    The Oaks, Apsley, to Bramwell Clive,
    son of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Jellett,
    Hynam, which was celebrated by the
    Rev. D. W. Albert, M.A., B.D.
    Entering the church to the strains
    of the Wedding March, rendered by
    Mr. A, Bradley, the bride, who was
    given away by her father, was a
    charming figure in her gown of chan
    tilly lace over white satin, made with
    a Peter Pan collar and satin loops
    extending from neck to hem. The
    back was trimmed with small satin
    buttons from neck to waist. Her
    tulle veil was held in place with a
    cluster of orange blossom. A bouquet
    of sweet peas, carnations, camelias.
    The only attendant was Miss- Gwen
    Miles, of Hynam, who was frocked
    in rose pink georgette, with shirred
    bodice, and short puffed sleeves. She
    wore a short pink tulle veil, and car
    ried a bouquet of pink carnations and
    sweet peas. Mr. D. Ballinger acted
    as best man.
    During the signing of the register
    Mrs. Castine rendered the solo
    "Sweetest Story Ever Told."
    A reception was held at the Apsley
    Hall, where 60 guests were entertain
    ed. The 'bride's parents, assisted by
    the parents of the bridegroom, recei
    ved the guests. Mrs. Mitchell wore
    a navy blue georgette and lace frock,
    with pink shoulder spray and hat to
    match. Mrs. Jellett chose a frock of
    navy wool georgette, with matching
    hat and pink shoulder spray. A dance
    followed the reception, Mr. A. Brad
    ley supplying the music. Mr. and Mrs.
    Jellett left by car on their honeymoon,
    the bride travelling in a grey tailored
    costume, with black accessories. On
    their return they will make their home
    at Hynam.
